Uniform Systems Consultancy specialise in IDOX Uniform, an oracle database created by IDOX used by 40% of local authorities throughout England. Alongside IDOX Group, the creators of the database, our consultancy provides assistance in:


  • Configure new implementations of Uniform:
      •     (please note IDOX need to come in and install Uniform on the server. We can set up codes, templates etc)
  • Configuration of an existing setup specific to the department's needs.
  • Creation/modification of templates specifically for the department.
  • Access reports for data extraction and presentation.

    • We also deal with LLPG data cleansing and have developed a software tool to automate various tasks.

    We are not associated with IDOX Group and have comprehensive experience of several departments.


    We are not in competition with IDOX; they install Uniform on the servers, we configure the codes and templates.
